I appreciated rooms and staff - they were superb. Relaxing beds, satellite television, iron/ironing board and balcony were a nice touch. Restaurant in hotel was average and the pool area was good.

The staff was hardworking and the location was absolutely perfect - altogether a very special experience. The breakfast was tasty, had lots of options and the food was so delicious. Clean enough and crazy hotel in Hoan Kiem district. And it was also close enough to the restaurants and the old quarter. Roof top bar with complimentary drinks...

I loved staff and rooms mainly. It was centrally located. Again, I could visit french quarter. Wonderful view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. There was a quiet garden in the hotel.

We liked staying here, it's superlative hotel. The staff was really beautiful, especially bkfast staff. Customer service was extraordinary and unique design of the property. The location was top, relatively near a grand classical music hall.

Central location and particularly good views, very happy staff and impeccable service. Our room was tidy and well appointed too. It was centrally set in a very lovely area. Besides, it was at a medium distance from downtown, that worked for us. Super quiet place to stay while in Hanoi: )

enjoyed this place, it was fairly clean and had fab rooms and location. a market and a shopping street were right next door. and also there was a lively market, only 500 metres from the venue. thanks, i had warm stay.
Communication was challenging, internet connection was weak.
